Union Negotiations
Members of NJIT’s unions are valuable to the community. Contract negotiations are very important and affect our university, our students, our faculty and staff, and our ability to successfully pursue our mission. It is imperative that we strike a balance that honors our bargaining unit members and safeguards the institution’s financial health.
Below is information on the current status of union contract negotiations as of February 6, 2024. Please visit Union Contracts for more information on our unions and current contracts.
