• People Operations - HR transactions and processing, personnel action forms (PAFs), payment inquiries, verifications of employment, I9s, customer service
• HRIS - data & reporting, maintaining HR systems and integrations
• Benefits - benefit programs including retirement, medical, dental, vision, and tuition remission
• ERP Project Management - HR lead for the implementation of Workday HCM
