People Service Center and HRIS are committed to serving the community with their questions, process requests and assisting with providing personnel data.

• The People Service Center is responsible for fielding and resolving HR inquiries and working with the functional areas to resolve complex requests. Key functions include:
  • HR Transactions and Processing
  • Personnel Action Form (PAF) Inquiries
  • Payment Inquiries
  • Verifications of Employment
• HRIS is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of human resource systems activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities and reports as well as administering and improving system processes. Key functions include:
  • Requests for HR Data (Reports)
  • Maintenance of HR Systems and Technology

Talent Management

Talent Management is responsible for hiring highly competent people who align with NJIT’s mission and values and helping them achieve their vast potential.
