Forming an Employee Resource Group

As part of NJIT's commitment to a respectful workplace, The Department of Human Resources along with the Office of Inclusive Excellence assists in forming and furthering the efforts of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Recognized ERGS should have a purpose that does one or more of the following:

  • Fosters Inclusivity and Belonging at NJIT

  • Enhances Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity

  • Facilitates Networking and Collaboration

  • Aligns with NJIT's Strategic Plan
